First Saturday November 3: Pierce County Maker Fest
10 am to 3pm
AgriPlex at the Washington State Fair Events Center. It is on the south end of the fair grounds.
Meet at 10 am at the Urban Sketches Tacoma booth (location to follow - please check back here).
Our 1st Saturday sketch outing for November will be at Makerfest. This will also be the only outing this month. We'll have a booth from 10 am to 3pm at which we'll have various demos about Urban Sketching. Please bring a 5-10 minute hands-on activity to share. The sketch outing portion will be sketching the event.
It's to be held inside the AgriPlex at the Washington State Fair Events Center
Enter at the Green Gate
We will have a 10’ x 10’ space with one 8’ table, and two chairs. The chairs will be for those staffing the booth. Please bring your stools for sketching around the complex.There will be more information to follow so please check back here prior to the event. The final letter has not yet been received from the organizing group. For example, it is not yet known exactly where our booth is located.
