We met at Spooner Farm in Puyallup this morning for the first autumn themed sketching. The weather was more like summer, though, as it was rather too warm in the sun!
I'd added a convenience orange to my palette last week but I don't like it. I may look for another or just mix, which is probably better anyway.
I was there early so sat in the shade on a bench at our meeting location and sketched the pumpkin display.
Since the mountain was out, I felt the need to include it. The "field" of pumpkins had hay bale spider sculptures throughout.
We found a shady spot to share our sketches.
Sandee had left before the throw down.
