First Day of show by Darsie Beck and Ken Fulton:   Noon to 4pm.   Meet at Noon outside the doors to the Museum, which opens at noon. This is not the official show opening reception, though.  

Remember, Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday, November 5th at 2:00AM. Clocks are turned backward 1 hour. 

Admission is $10.00 for Adults; $8.00 for Students, Military, and Seniors (62+).

Parking:  There are a few spaces at the Museum.  Otherwise, here is a map:

We are also invited to sketch on 3rd Thursday, November 16 from 4-8 pm which is the official show opening.   Meet at 4pm.

Gig Harbor Boat Shop is located in the historic Eddon Boatyard on Gig Harbor’s working waterfront. This will be an indoor/outdoor sketch-out if the weather cooperates: dress accordingly.

There are great views from inside looking out to the Harbor, from the deck of the Hoppen House, and from the pier.

If we’re fortunate, we’ll be able to sketch boats as they are being built.

Take the Pioneer Way exit off Hwy. 16. At the bottom of the hill, turn left on Harborview Drive.

10 a.m.—Gathering & announcements  (Meet down the driveway at the waterside entrance.)

10:15a.m.-12:30p.m.—Sketch in preferred location;

12:30---Share sketches and join the group for a photo

Bring a bag lunch and we’ll eat outdoors together if it’s nice; if not we’ll come up with a new plan.

 AD HOC SKETCH OUTING IN GIG HARBOR: 

On Thursday,  FEBRUARY 25, 2016 we're having an 'extra' sketch-outing at

7 Seas Brewing located in downtown Gig Harbor: 
 

3006 Judson St #110…… From Hwy 16, take either Pioneer Way or Soundview Drive to downtown; Judson St. crosses both of those streets.

 All who would enjoy sketching with us are welcome to join us. There is no membership fee to participate in Urban Sketcher outings. Just bring the sketching supplies you would enjoy using.

AS A SPECIAL FAVOR:  7 SEAS BREWING IS OPENING AN HOUR EARLY JUST FOR US!
